Distressed Asset Recovery Program (“DARP Program^SM ”) provides a unique opportunity for our clients to obtain nonrecourse funding after an “event,” but before receipt of insurance proceeds.

We offer the following services:

• Upfront Nonrecourse Capital – After a loss, allows your business to continue, even though your claim has not yet been paid by your insurance company.

• Initial Assessment – After an event, whether manmade or natural disaster, our experienced team will conduct a preliminary evaluation of the distressed asset to determine whether the claim will fit within the DARP^SM Program.

• Assessment Analysis & Strategic Plan – If the claim is acceptable and fits within the Program, our team will then provide a Funder, and a full insurance evaluation regarding the viability of the claim will occur.  This evaluation will produce an Insurance Recovery Report, a written report that will belong to our client, even if the claim does not proceed to the next phase, Implementation.   

• Implementation – Once the agreement is finalized the nonrecourse loan will be made and the DARP^SM team will pursue the insurance claim.
